United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Baltic Blue

Mine is a Bucks blue AB, with a parchment interior.

I am going to be enjoying gooled seats today on teh drive up north.

I have just ordered a new throttle body gasket LR022931 as the one on there did not look great.

Thanks

Neil

Enjoy the road trip Thumbs Up
I replaced my intercooler to throttle body pipework recently as it was getting"sooty" underneath where it joins the body.

That one in the throttle body is fine,

It is the gasket between the throttle body and plenum that seemed to have been squashed during assembly at soem point.

I have received the new gasket, now waiting for more black silicone hose as the previous supplier refunded me my money on the origina l blue hose and when I ordered a second lot of black silicone hose has then sent a second length of blue hose, after calling I found out that they do not have any black hose.

So fingers crossed second suppleir and thrid time lucky.

Thanks

I eventually replaced, the silicone hoses with the new "upgraded" rubber reinforced products.

Problem is that last week I was replacing the oil cooler and I found that the reinforced rubber tubes I had used were showing signs of delaminating. They had started to blow apart internally.

I have chaged them all back to silicine again. as the idea of having delaminated rubber inside the manifold is nto something I like the idea of.

Cheers
