United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Fuji White

I had an L405 as a courtesy car when someone drove into my BMW, it was a 69 plate Autobiography, this was in 2019 so it was practically new, it was only the 3L V6 granted, it had all the bells and whistles, and I'll be honest a couple of years later now I've got my 2012 Westie, i can say I didn't like the L405 as much, at the time it felt like it wallowed like a boat, admittedly the beemer wasn't comparable for handling as it was a low slung car, but now in the Westie, IMO mine handles better than the L405, it feels quite planted, as far as a 3 ton car can feel, I was expecting to be blown away by the 405 and for a bit I was, but the novelty soon wore off, whereas getting my L322, I fell in love with it straight away, and 2 years down the line i still feel that way with it. Of course the L405 was a better car than mine, but then technology had moved on 15 years, but nothing on it made me think... I need this in my life (other than the auto brightness headlights that adapted to the dark, they were pretty sick 😂), but the massaging seats were a fad for me, I prefer buttons and dials not touchscreen, and the boxy looks of a L322 is everything I love about land rovers, the 405 and now even the 460 don't do anything for me, so in answer to your question, should you move to an L405 only you can decide that, would I personally, not in a million years...
