Air Suspension Not in Customer Mode??

Ok so some people never learn not to fiddle.

I was looking through the screens on the iCarsoft LRV3 and it looked as though I could calibrate the ride heights even though I've been told that you can't with this tool. I got as far as a screen for entering figures for each corner and thought OK that's far enough I'll just go back.
Now I have a message 'Air Suspension not in Customer Mode' and another ' Adaptive Dynamics Fault'
Any advice or ideas most welcome and I'll promise to never fiddle again.
Thanks
Pete

PS I tried a hard reset without any joy

Back out there at the crack of dawn and somehow managed to reset it., It would seem that the iCarsoft won't let you go as far as the calibration page then change your mind and go back. I went through the whole process of measuring heights as directed on the tool and at the end it said 'Calibration Unsuccessful' and reset itself. Surprised ???Don't understand it but don't care....it's working again and I'm done fiddling...Till the next time. Wink

If the suspension is in tight tolerance mode then switch off the engine then restart it, but that might not get it out of calibration mode.

I think the main problem was low battery voltage. I charged the battery overnight then next day carried on with the calibration procedure. At the end of it it said "Calibration unsuccessful" but then the suspension reset so it either won't let you back out or the battery voltage might well be a factor. I've heard it said that it's a good idea to have the engine running when messing with diagnostics so that the voltage is steady.
I'm still confused about calibrating with icarsoft but won't be messing with it again ......till I have to.
Sorry for the late reply, hope you got it sorted

Ah okay, I still didn't manage to fix the issue yet....

Should I try the tight tolerance mode? I'm using my OBD2 Thinkdiag FYI.

Really need this fixed and the warning message gone ASAP.

Maybe an indie or at least a garage with decent diagnostic equipment would be the way to go. Did the fault just appear or were you having problems with it?
