Rear alignment

Gents I cannot get the rear wheels to adjust the toe. The max movement doesnt get it in the green on a hunter system anyone any ideas- wondering if it is the control arms although I replaced them not so long ago. The reason I say this is it is as if the bush has gone

There are cam type washers on some of the rear suspension arm bolts. Did you mark them & return them to their start position after changing the bushes ?

When I replaced my very worn rear arm bushes / toe control arms I had quite a lot of negative camber & well out out of spec toe in.
After changing the various bushes - after marking the position of the cam washers, I put the cam washers back in the original positions & "Bingo" everything was exactly on nominal when I had an alignment check.
I was probably very lucky - but it did illustrate how big effect the the cam washers can have - as I did have a play with them before setting them as they'd started.

If there isn't enough adjustment to get things back into spec., something could still be worn - have you checked for "play" at all bushes ?
Alternatively and far from great is that something could be bent ?
