Can anyone suggest a rough ideas of cost to get them done at main dealer ?

By the sounds of it, it's a vehicle you're interested in purchasing, in which case you shouldn't hold servicing items against the seller.

Regardless, main dealer would charge you silly money and it would be un-necessary to get such jobs done at a main dealer.

Brembo discs and pads will cost c. £200 for the parts plus around 1.5 hours labour.

Most garages will want to replace the whole arms instead of just the bushes. The suspension arms cost about £100 each (but it does depend which one - an MOT advisory won't always give that level of detail). Labour is anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours per arm depending on how stuck the ball joints are.

So, including parts:

Independent garage: £650-800

Main dealer: £1,250-1,800 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

Budget £750-800 at an indy. Bit cheaper if using non OE spec parts

Mine had scored etc front discs from about the first service, it was agreed that the discs would be replaced when the pads were due for replacement and that happened at about 60,000 miles. Cost then included brake caliper refurbishment/replacement so total £1171

Both front lower arm bushes were replaced at the same time, cost £705. Also both front ARC bushes £476. Only Range Rovers since 1988

Discs & pads are pretty easy to do - get your hands dirty and save a few hundred quid !

Suspension arms might (or might not) be difficult. Defer to an Indy if you're not confident.

Absolutely no need to go to a main dealer for either.
