Almost certainly a faulty height sensor which is giving an incorrect height value to the ECU which then tries to level the car after shutdown. Have a look at the 4x4 screen and see if one of the indicator marks is off level 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Thanks Jay, will try that. Do you know if this also should be noticeable in the Gap IID tool? I used that tool to adjust the height just before I disconnected the battery, and the GAP IID tool was able to adjust the height with 10 mm down and up (all corners) without any problems. But maybe that could still be done with a faulty height sensor? L460 P550e AB SWB MY24

Even better if you have the GAP tool. Do a guided calibration and see whay happens when left overnight? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Hi Jay, I re-calibrated the height yesterday using the "Guided tour" in the Gap tool, and it didn't loose any height overnight. Couldn't see any obvious errors of the height sensors constants displayed in the tool during the process.

On Monday evening I replaced the relay for the air suspension, and the car has been parked since. No air leaks and car still levelled at the correct height for all 4 corners.

Yes, for our car it was just the relay. No "air leaks" (dropping suspension) since I replaced the relay. L460 P550e AB SWB MY24

I recently (1 1/2 year ago) replaced the air compressor, and had kept the previous relay - thought that it might be the next thing to try, given that the car didn't lower when the battery was disconnected. L460 P550e AB SWB MY24
