I am stripping my engine down to ascertain the reason for low compression on a cylinder. I have got to the point of removing the cylinder head only to find the cylinder head bolts require a special tool, namely 303-1653. The bolt head looks like a RIBE profile, but an M11 RIBE looks to fit, but is too slack, whereas an M12 RIBE is too big. There is a sleeve tool, 303-1492, which compliments the 303-1653 and is to protect the cylinder head. The head bolts are located under the camshaft bearings.

Regarding the initial account set up, can you guys define slow? By slow, do you mean a few days or a few weeks? 2010 5.0 SC Autobiography Overfinch in Bentley Silk White pearlescent, 22" Overfinch wheels with 285/35x22 tyres |

The tool number above cross references to the 5.0 V8 and his signature says it's a 5.0 V8 Range Rover he's got so I've put 2 and 2 together to make 4 I hope! 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

It's possible but could be a bmw m62 engine which didn't require any specials tools when we did mine |

The 4.2 SC in my old car didn't either. It was just a decent Torx T60 required to undo the head bolts. 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

I have just received my order. This has taken 1 month in total. 3 weeks to set up the account, with another week to ship.
