A good battery should be about 12.6v

11.9 is dead

Sorry I meant earlier with engine off not ignition off. Only way to measure battery voltage with no load is to disconnect it. Sorry for the confusion and Bow down Thumbs Up for pointing out my error. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
