I found my own answer - yes it does and I now have evidence

Thanks for the heads up, My friends have been insured with the same insurance company for 10 years on an auto renew policy they did not read the changes put to them last year on renewing, their £80k motor home was stolen from their driveway not covered because of no extra security measure's ie: immobiliser and trackers. no pay out 2017 SDV8 4.4 silicon silver AB

So does that list mean that all Range Rovers after 2013 aren’t cat 1? ______________________________

I think it says certificate TC3 – 1515/0110 covers 'Range Rover (all models)' for 'Oct 12 – on' which I assume corresponds to L405's - and that they are Cat 1
