They're not rare, but there aren't that many so I'd suggest you buy on condition and the closest spec to what you want rather than worry about 17/18. I wanted Towbar, Sidesteps and HUD. They are common but not on all cars. Also there's many more black ones than other colours and I prefer not to have black cars (though have had plenty!). There's a two tone around at the moment on turbine wheels - doesn't look like an SVA to me on those rims, much as I like them, 514 is the SVA style. The my18 does have the facelift and some other changes so it wouldn't look quite so dated as the '17. But they're all just fantastic cars and the differences are very minor to me. I'm really enjoying mine and not in any hurry to move on the one of the last ('22) in a couple of years time when the time should be right. Mike - MPx

My 2017 MY engine has been fine so far, 62,000 miles.

The SVA was 545 '17, 565 '18. You're talking about the 5.0 SC not the SVA.

I have the 2016 SVAB LWB which I bought about 19 months ago with about 7700 miles on it. Currently on around 31875 miles.
