I decided to replace all the aux belt idlers and both belts, the squeaking when first starting it up was driving me crazy. I used the advice in the wiki and Sam's motor and machines video which where both helpful. It was all going too well when one of the plastic coolant pipe fitting snapped in two places. I couldn't find a part number or any spares so had to knock one up from a piece of brass. I also noticed the bearing on the bracket that the fan mounts to had play in it and was noisy, i didnt have a spare as i didnt realise it wasnt part of the kit i couldnt wait for one as its my daily driver. Never mind i will have to strip it again in the summer. All good fun, she's now back up and running squealing has gone but I can now pinpoint the noisy fan bearing. If anyone is carrying out the idler replacement i suggest you pick up this assembly also.
