Funny , everyone has a different view. I was filling up the car in Shropshire & there were three generations of FFRR . The latest is IMHO absolutely gorgeousness just to look at, very clever use of the lines, which I’m just beginning to appreciate how/what they did in design after having the car for close to two years. The drive is superb, and I have never liked a car quite so much.
The fact a farmer doesn’t drive one doesn’t bother me. The farmer living on the modest farm next door still drives to his second farm in his fifty year old tractor , as he can use red diesel for the three mile journey. He sold his third farm a year or two back , so he isn’t short, just quite wisely very careful with his money. On the other hand he may be older than me, but I know shrouds don’t have pockets!
Reading the article I thought the journalist was a little envious …it was a narky article.. just a feeling I had . Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc
He who dies with the most toys wins...
