Prob feck all!!
Driving at 50 must be tuff, I've been cruising at 60-65 on motorways recently and thats about as slow as I can go without it feeling silly. FFRR TD6 HSE

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Orkney Grey

just read through this thread, guys i understand how painfull 50 mph is!! i travel the A1 every day for work and have been doing 50 mph through the road works for 2 years now twice a day for about 40 miles... Sad

it's no fun at all, i know all about trucks getting up yer arse too..... Evil or Very Mad

why do they have to drive like idiots?? then take 2 miles to pass you and hold everyone else up??

just a serious note though, i was under the impression that the suspension didn't lower until 100mph!! i must admit it always seemed silly to me as you will generally not do those kinds of speeds. if and when it does lower, can you lock it in that position? is there any way of knowing that you are set at motorway height? Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

Mine seems to change to motorway height at about 65-70mph.
You can lock it in by pressing the button in the middle of the suspension height dial on dash.
You'll know when it's at motorway height as the red light on dash will move for the straight line across to the pic of a motorway. If you have a newer car I am presuming these are situated in the same area on the dash. FFRR TD6 HSE

That's because you have a later one.
Prior to the 06 model year they dropped at a much lower speed. Then later changed the feature as it was not thought to be needed.
