Maybe they have a market swamped with cheap Chinese copy imports which they then sell on? |

You see a lot of damaged cars (still with their UK plates) on Latvian registered trailers heading towards the channel ports.

There also seems to be a lot of genuine new parts available from at least one Latvian seller, prices are not competitive though, so not sure what the idea is there! L405 SV Autobiography LWB SDV8, finished in Aston Martin China Grey by ETO division. |

I heard the scavenge throughout Europe on selected cars, they don't just take any old scrapper, they're after quality motors they can strip & sell on.

I’ve had some decent bits for my old clk from Latvia, or was it Lithuania? Somewhere like that anyway, decent parts at a fair price - seems to be mainly bodywork, trim etc |
