The air suspension fault alarm came up on my Jaguar XJ . A compressor refurb was needed as the pump was struggling to reach 14 bar in the required 2 minutes. No problem, I have a new piston ring that I picked up off ebay for a good price......cheaper than bagpiping Andy's. What a useless piece of @£#&. It wouldn't reach 5 bar in 3 weeks. The proper kit from Andy solved the problem and peace and tranquility reign again.
I did the same job on my P38 with Andy's kit years ago and it's still going strong. (Fingers crossed).
There must be a moral there somewhere.

I some time ago made the conscious decision to where ever possible not to buy anything imported from China. It's easer said than done as so much is made there but if there is a UK or European made equivalent I would be happy to pay slightly more. Buy cheap, buy twice!  2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC
