it was on the m42 going north so it's uphill richard Wink ....

maybe the highest mileage range on the forum gary.....

honestly mick, it was very hard to travel at this speed especially when these trucks get up your a$$.

they did get close but i reckon the thought of the expense if they crashed into a range, kept them back..

BTW, I did that going to a meeting last week. Tailgated a John Lewis lorry all the way down the M40. 39mpg Smile

If you could maintain that mpg for a full tank of diesel I reckon youd get about 650-700 miles!!!
Best average I've got over a full tank is 25.6 and that returned 580miles. FFRR TD6 HSE

Also at 50mph motorway height would not have engaged. What you need to do is gradually build up to 65-70 so height adjusts then lock it and drop back down to 50 Smile FFRR TD6 HSE
