My car has a USB port in the centre console, next to the iPod input. It was working fine a week ago and I was using it to charge my iPhone. It has now stopped charging anything that is plugged into it. I have checked the Fuse (52, I assume) and it is OK. Changed it anyway, but still no charging. The lead works fine as I have tried it elsewhere (i.e. via a USB cigarette adaptor). Also, the port seems to recognize when a USB stick is plugged in, but does not read the contents. The dedicated iPod socket is working fine, as is the cigar/cigarette port, but the USB one appears to be SNAFUed.

I know this thread is old, but did you resolve it? I've got the same problem and don't know where to look.

Sorry, never got to the bottom of it. The L322 is long gone, since replaced by a succession of Mini Countrymans (men) and now a L405. |
