No! but the windscreen is acoustic laminated as standard only (2018 specs).

Certainly the specs for mine, a 2018 model, shows Laminated side windows are laminated as standard only from the SE and upwards. 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue

The 2015 brochure shows Vogue as having laminated hydrophobic front door glass and "toughened" rear door and quarter light glass. VSE and AB had laminated hydrophobic front door glass and laminated rear door and quarter light glass. Only Range Rovers since 1988
