Mint 2008 4.2SC for sale, 18,550 miles from new

Spotted this on Autotrader, lovely very low mileage 2008 4.2SC with only 18,550 miles. But asking £23k, not sure it's worth anything like that.

Beautiful example …. AND ….. I can attest to the fact that this car WILL be immaculate in every way and a pristine example for someone who is willing to pay a bit over the odds … I have bought 2 cars from the seller …. My recent 4.8 V8 Autobiography being one of them …..
The owner of CC is a great guy to deal with & has been a pleasure to deal with for both my purchases from him … you couldn’t ask for better attitude from a used car dealer …!
That RR will be as described …!
