AT is great for judging value, as is a comparison with WBAC for book value(ish)
Remember it’s the private ads for like for like values, but with trade you can probably knock off 15-30% for a real world private sale. See a few people who obviously equate Trade = private sale without knowing better, they largely sit unsold for literally months (was a white 2016 for over trade price last year that must have been on there for 3-6months min). Unless it’s a rare spec, colour, Uber low miles or the most showroom condition ever - expect the be selling for a little under average given current demand.
Bit of a personal bug bear with selling these things is everyone’s scared of them so only want to buy from a dealer with warranty/pre-sale check etc, so private sales seem harder if you want market value.
Also check eBay for sold adverts - this can provide a good capture of what people are willing to part with.
I check often and seems to be a fairly high turnover of adds, baring some overpriced stuff. So it should sell, maybe a bit more difficult than normal.
