Blue smoke from pipe in the lower front of engine

My LR Velar is 2017, and has 39,000miles. It had a new Turbo fitted by official LR dealer 4 months ago. Once in November and again tonight, when I started the car, a load of blue/white smoke came out from beneath the engine. When I looked, the smoke was coming out of a brass pipe, under pressure from the front lower nearside of the car. It smelt strongly of burning oil! It stopped after 20-30 seconds. I’ve no idea what this is. Can anyone help or shed light on this please?

Possibly the fuel burning heater starting up, because the external air temperature is low.

Thanks Dtech. It did in fact happen both times in cold and damp weather. I guess this is normal, given that the egress pipe is there for that reason. Thanks ever so much for your help. 👍😊

Sadly, it all went wrong today. See the videos. Started driving, then………… Blue nauseas has and smoke filled the car from every vent in the vehicle. Nearly choked! No idea what it is or what’s wrong. I’ve been tired and poorly for 2 months and I now suspect I’ve been slowly getting gassed by my car. Car recovered to LR by AA. Now stranded in the Lake District with no car. The whole experience is shocking!!!
