my air con has stopped working i had it regassed 1 year ago and it appears to be working as it leaves a puddle under the car as normal (beside the gearbox) but no cold air. might it be blocked?
also when going round a roundabout the traction control is kicking in as if there is something loose underneath
but i had it checked last week and i replaced the 2 bottom arms+balljoints and the problem is still here

possible reasons...

Air Con - slow leak / low refrigerant if still operating but not actually getting cold, hence water dripping off evaporator but evap not getting cold enough to notice.

You need someone to evacuate system - recharge and check for leaks and use gauges to check correct operation, they must not just top it up.

Traction control

- check tyre pressures

- check for damaged wheel speed sensor at a guess. If you worked on the front check where the wire goes into the hub you may be able to repair if damaged it may be a pain if you have to remove it.

Hopefully others may have some definate answers...

i get the feeling that the FFRR looses aircon gas very quickly especially if the a/c isnt used much...i brought mine in august last year and the a/c was ok then but nothing there in april this year..i've re-gassed mine and all seems ok now...

My compressors leaking in 3 places so having new one fitted on Thursday. Thought I just needed a re gas but that didn't work. On mine th air was colder when the aircon was off??? Hopefully all good in few days tho.
