If you are new to these cars it's well worth paying a specialist to give it a detailed inspection so you know what's what in terms of potential jobs. They may well give you a list as long as your arm but don't be alarmed as these cars can be run quite well as running repairs/ projects and you can often take your time to work through them. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Thank you both. Fortunately I have the receipts for engine oil and filter change under 2000 miles ago when the turbos were changed, the gearbox oil and filter 10000 miles ago and diff oils 8000 miles ago, so do not have too many concerns with those. I will check the power steering and brake fluids, but suspect they are ok since the engine was removed for the turbos to be fitted. Getting an independent health check done is a great idea. I am aware of a few faults already, but with the help on threads on this site, I am working my way through them. GPS receiver already successfully replaced, and the single solenoid heater valve on order to hopefully get heat inside! Charles Harrison
