Front Protection Bar

Anyone have one of those LR front protection bars fitted to their vehicle? Are they just cosmetic or are they stable enough to fit lights etc. to?

If you mean the square shaped rubber type A-Bar, then you can mount lights to it. Discovery 4 HSE
