Glove box bulb

How the heck do I get a new bulb in the glove box? I managed to pry the old one out, but I can't for the life of me see a way to get a new bulb in without dismantling half the dashboard. Tym
(current) L322 3.6 TDV8 Vogue 2008 Tonga Green
(previous) L322 4.4 LPG Vogue SE 2003

If it sticks, force it. If it breaks, it needs replacing anyway.
