Impossible to say with certainty but if the heights were fine and no other visual problems then I'd use it...

I’ve got it home now, when it’s parked on the sloping drive the offside is up, the n/s front is hissing and the n/s rear is on its bump stops, so it looks as though it’s popped its suspension airbag on the nearside.

Too thin and too much pressure to fix it in situ, possibly could if you take it off but you might as well change it then...!!
