Air Strut Replacement - Still Leaking!

Evening all,

Some advice from the air suspension gurus please...

Car is a 2012 Westie with 120k miles. I noticed the pump was running a little too much on start and resolved to replace the struts and rear bags as a preventative measure, before I killed the pump. Car beat me to doing the job by a week or so and last week the NSF started dropping overnight. I bought the job lot from Island 4 x 4 (BWI struts & Bilstein rear bags) and got around to getting it up on a ramp this afternoon and got the NSF air strut changed over. I go back tomorrow to finish the job. Unfortunately, it would appear that the car is still dropping on the front axle. Having recalibrated with my GAP IID Tool at 493mm for the front and 483mm at the back the front appeared to drop 20-25mm over an hour period, parked in my drive. Frustrating is an understatement.

So my question is how to deduce where the problem is using GAP IID. Are there any functions that would help point the finger to which part of the system is losing pressure? I've looked at the pump's live values and it seems to be running at 110-130C, which looks like it's hitting the thermal cut-out. Pressure generated within the air supply manifold/gallery is 1370kPa (I have no idea what it should be). So, before I fit the other 3 corners and break out the soapy water spray to look for bubbles, can anyone offer any diagnostic advice please?

I need the car over Christmas, otherwise the family's going to Devon in a Mini!

I'd get the soapy spray out, put in in off road height and go to town with the spray, maybe one of the others has a hole as well.. Pete
