Rear Propshaft Removal

Today I had the job of replacing my rear propshaft and when I removed the front section the bearing separated leaving the end cap stuck in place.
I’ve never experienced this before and there is little room or anywhere suitable to tap it out.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!!

Incase anyone has this problem in the future, I managed to get it off by screwing in a bolt halfway and then hammering the bolt out and heating the outside.
