Soot building up way, way too fast. Probably a good idea to get the sensor replaced ( or check the wiring) to rule this out. Is your mpg normal ? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

That's what I thought so I kept upping the pressure until it eventually blew the bung out!! 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE 1993 Discovery 1 3.5 V8i |

I believe the soot content is calculated from the differential between the two pressure sensors and as the soot content came down gradually to 0.3 grams during the regen I assumed that they must be working. The O2 sensor is a bu**er to get out. I would like to test the wiring but can't see where it connects to the loom. Any tips? 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE 1993 Discovery 1 3.5 V8i Last edited by TomCobbly on 15th Dec 2023 9:28am. Edited 1 time in total |

I've got the wiring diagram ok but I need the physical locations of the two inline connectors C1559 and C2759D and I can't find them. Someone on the forum has the part number as LR001370 but that appears to only have 5 wires and the wiring diagram has 6. Can anyone confirm the HO2S sensor part number for me please? 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE 1993 Discovery 1 3.5 V8i Last edited by TomCobbly on 13th Dec 2023 6:51pm. Edited 1 time in total |

The sensor wire seems to disappear over the rear of the engine and the connector isn't visible. Anyone had any experience of changing this sensor? Well I've finally changed the O2 sensor and cleared the fault code which hasn't come back.
