Hi so got this 2009 5.0 supercharged for about 8 months now but since it’s getting cold I’m noticing the exhaust has a lot condensation coming from it even after running for 45mins. I pull up no smoke or anything about 30seconds later I’m starting to see it smoke or condense. I’ve always had diesels and never had any issues but this is the first petrol I’ve had in years lol. So is it normal? Also doesn’t burn any water or oil. Had the chains done 3 months ago as well. Thanks

For every gallon of petrol the engine uses a gallon of water passes out the exhaust pipe and in cold weather it shows as water vapour. I couldn't believe this when I was first told so your exhaust is basically a drain pipe.

Water vapour from a petrol is absolutely normal sir... The bigger the engine and the colder the weather gets, the more condensation you will see...
And that's why you rarely change a diesel exhaust muffler, whereas petrol exhausts rot from being constantly wet!...
