Recently replaced the handbrake shoes etc on my 2003 TD6. Now have 3 dash warning lights on and I’m guessing all linked to it?

Yellow warning triangle with circle around it (between both main clocks)
Yellow circle with exclamation mark in it
Yellow circle with ABS in it (pretty obvious I’m guessing)

Could they all be linked? And where should I start looking please guys?

Brake pad wear sensor (on drivers side) not reconnected properly? You had to remove the pads to get to the shoes.
