Bluetooth Quality

On my 2012 5.0 AB the bluetooth quality when calling someone is apparently awful.

I can hear them fine but when I talk it's very garbled and almost impossible for someone to understand what I'm saying.

Has anyone come across this before or know of a fix? Am wondering if it's likely to be the bluetooth module itself or the microphone?

Thanks,

If it's a Nokia module, then you'd benefit for changing to the 'Ford' module like this one

That’s the one that’s fitted to the 2010 - 2012 cars as standard.

If nobody has experienced similar I might try swapping module from the other 2012 and see if that cures it.
