Perhaps a bit off topic but I’ve never managed to get my vehicle software to update. The screen square symbols just spin and spin indefinitely. Anything I can do to sort this? 2018 P400e AB LWB

Has your car been enabled for SOTA by your dealer. My 2018 car had to be updated before it was able to receive updates over the air  All LR cars from 1984

If you’re not getting auto updates via SOTA then I would contact the dealer and explain what’s happening. It was a free update when I had it done:thumbsup: All LR cars from 1984

That varies. I don’t think there’s been one for over a year. It always comes up on the main screen when there is one ready to download. I think with your car you need to ask the dealer if your car is set up to get them over the air. That needs doing first before you get updates. All LR cars from 1984

Dealer says it was already enabled. Tried connecting it over WiFi. Still no joy 2018 P400e AB LWB

Is your SIM card working ok? Press Connectivity under settings and make sure data roaming is on. If still no joy you’ll need to visit the dealer I think. All LR cars from 1984
