Looking for a 4.4SDV8 engine if anyone knows of one? Or a crash damaged car? A rotten later 322 with the 4.4? Scottish car maybe?

Stange, we are starting to see lots of major engine problems on the 405 at around 10 years

Daughter borrowed the car to drive to Cornwall for their up coming wedding and I got that dreaded phone call. “Dad, should mums car sound like this?” Yikes!!!

The engine has picked up on a bearing somewhere and is ticking! There is some heavy swarf in the oil filter too so! It’s curtains for this one I’m afraid…

Right. So, I have purchased a 2014 4.4 Autobiography which has covered 23,000 miles only! It’s a Loire Blue with an Ivory over Ruby trim. So, if there’s anything anyone here needs? Please ask! I need to try and claw back some of the £11k its cost! She’s been hit in the drivers side headlamp, probably into a lamppost? The two front airbags have deployed, so the dashboard is wrecked which is a shame as it’s in a very rare colour being in Ruby leather.
