so having only done 700 kms in the new car was a bit surprised to see a message that service was required in 1000kms pop up...only bought it in June.

less than 1000kms half way through third tank full and service due in 200kms. .

so basically one service every 4 fill ups.
thats one hell of a tank fill to service ratio. fuel use settled at12mpg.

anyone worse?

I think no one knows the answer, clearly wrong, suggest you talk to the dealer. letters not necessarily in the right order

There are not to be many members on here with your top of the range engine L460, and if they did, 1st port of call is the dealer. I cant understand why you would trawl the internet

I see you say it's a V8 so it can only be the Petrol P530, why did I need to search this? You should provide these details.

Good luck with your talk with the dealer, its your best course off action, you have warranty use it!
