ABS Sensor broken

I have been dismantling the front suspension today to change the wheel bearing and found that the ABS sensor was rock solid, it promptly snapped off once a bit of persuasion was applied... Whistle
Is it possible to drill out the sensor now I have the whole wheel assembly off and once I press out the bearing or will that open up a world of trouble?

It is OK to drill out the part that is stuck, I did it on my car, just start with a small drill and gradually increase the drill diameter, before you reach the sensor diameter you will find the remaining bit will fall out
