Quick note to say if you dont do it get it done - I do mine every 30k and gearbox is smooth as silk I also had the 4.4 petrol done this time and over run issues have disappeared and it is like a new car - It was short on oil the oil was very very dirty so it is well worth getting it done
I have it flushed but some dont like that and just change oil and filter but well worth doing

Had mine Megaflushed by Bodsy twice now. Once at 85K (on purchase) and then again at 120K.
