Easy Exit/Entry options?

On my other car only the steering wheel moves up and away as its Easy Exit/Entry feature, but on the L405 the drivers seat also makes a dash towards the rear and sinks into the floor. I find this rather annoying when I get back in because you then have to stretch uncomfortably forward (or sit on the edge of the seat) to press the START button to get the seat back to where it should be before you can sit down properly and put the seat belt on etc.

I've found the Auto button on the steering column to disable this function but then the steering wheel doesn't move either.

So here's the question: Can the seat movement be disabled whilst keeping the steering wheel moving up and in, or is there a way (with the seat memory buttons maybe?) to store the position that the seat moves to for Easy Exit/Entry?

Have your normal driving position stored as memory 1, then same seat position and steering whee full up stored as 2. The when you open the door, press 2, climb in, press 1 and start and away you go ? V8 or else ...

Check what position your Steering Adjuster is in? If it’s on Auto then twist it too Off.

hat should stop the seat sinking when you switch car off and open your door.
