Vogue & VSE come with matrix LED. They can only cast vertical shadows. Note the 2 LED blocks in main part of headlight.

AB comes with pixel LED. Note the 4 (but smaller) LED blocks in main part of headlight.They can cast up to four different shadows, vertical or horizontal. With no other traffic I doubt they are brighter than matrix, but with traffic they must be. They also bend with the steering. Extra ~650 on Vogue & VSE.

Upgrade to pixel led with laser high beam... that’s surely only going to be worth it in pitch black at over 50 mph (which is when they activate) and on straight roads. Like the Australian outback perhaps!

I noticed for the first time last night that when you unlock the car, the pixel lights go through a sequence. Looks very cool (and my kids loved it!) Anyone else noticed this? 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

How can you tell if you have Pixel with Laser headlights? Is there a way of telling from looking at the headlights?

If you look in the small rectangle near the grill in the lower part of the headlight.
If the car has the laser option you will see what looks like a row of bulbs.
Non laser cars will have what looks like a straight line.

Yes that vehicle has the laser option.
If you go into the various lighting settings there should be somewhere a box to tick to enable.
