I suspect this is a glitch as my vehicle with this option is slotted for build. If there were restrictions, I’d imagine this would have been unslotted. It’s a bit of a no brainer on the SV eh? |

For sure. I can't imagine many being ordered without this pack. |

The fridge etc (I think it was called the convenience pack) has also vanished when I click on my build code provided.

FYI, I have since found out JLR removed this from my build earlier this month and didn’t even tell me. I’ve told them to forget building me the car unless they can reinstate it! No option to add these back individually. |

How can JLR still have supply chain issues? The way they run a business is simply appalling.

Agreed it’s appalling. The fact they didn’t send a notification to me or the retailer as well!

I have been told that if I want this option, the car will be unslotted and not able to be built until Q2 2024. |

I just really don't want a £190k L460 without a fridge if I'm honest and I think come resale this would be an issue as it's seen as a 'must have' by many. Utterly mental you cannot spec this individually but you can on a lower derivative - JLR can't even say what specifically in the pack is causing the 'problem' ! |

In my latest (dis) satisfaction questionnaire, I said something like, “the excuse of lack of parts runs through the entire JLR company & through lookers like a stick of rock “. Management are paid to resolve the issue , and to give pep talks and set the troops in the right direction. Failed! Everything but everything is met at every level with a shrug and ‘it’s the shortages mate ‘ & has become a no charge get out of jail excuse card. Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc He who dies with the most toys wins... |
