Under some law they have to attempt to put it right. Within a certain number of days you are entitled to a full refund. Again, I forget the detail.

Up in Scotland,unfortunately I am a farmers son therefore far to miserable to pay a proffesional.My Brother has a garage and I take it there when I have any problems.I was just hoping for a few pointers before I get the big hammer and blunt screwdriver out.

Maybe make a video like the OP ( but better ) and try to pinpoint the source of the noise in the engine bay. Remove the engine cover as well when you do it. Buy a GAP IID tool and put it through the farm business as an expense and reclaim the VAT as well..... 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |
