Have any new FFRRs been stolen?

Lots of discussion about RR's being the 2nd most nicked car in the UK. And insurance premiums rocketing as a result.
But has anyone heard of an L460 being stolen?

A few are but will be interesting to see what it scales too given they essentially need to steel the keys over intercepting the radio signal. Insurers bulk all models together as far as I can see and won’t distinguish the l460 from the L405 even though it’s technically more secure. MY23 PHEV HSE

could be handy for us L405 owners then if the more secure newer model drags the RR theft rate down First time FFRR owner

They don’t need to steal the keys.

Have they found a way to relay the wide band radio security? MY23 PHEV HSE

No, but it takes seconds to open the door with a lock picker, and seconds more to programme a new key (even if the alarm’s going off). The devices to do it are openly for sale.

Oh dear that’s not good, when mrs RDR lost the d5 key and the dealer couldnt see it for weeks she tried a few car key cloning companies none of them could help except offer to swap out the KVM module as the new land rovers were locked out without a dealer/factory code. Didn’t take long for them to crack that 😳 MY23 PHEV HSE
