I’ve previously run 275/55/r20 on the L322 … which is the same height and width as what you have. It’s basically right at the limit of what the L322 will take as stock.
From memory … the rear wheel arch on the inside there is a bulge for the fuel filler pipe. You need to either heat that up with a heat gun to soften it and reshape it out of the way. I think it’s also possible to use a screw to pull it inwards as well. ( cant remember what it screwed into though )
On the front struts there is a cone shaped bit of plastic moulding on the underside of the air spring that points downwards at the tyre. I had to snip these short to fit the tyres in. The cones aren’t structural, I think they were just locator lugs.
The newer sport rims might sit out slightly wider than the stock ones (lower offset). The benefit being that this gives more clearance between the tyre and strut. The disadvantage is that pushes the edge of the tyre closer to the front of the wheel well on turning … it possibly it may rub slightly.
In terms of driving … expect it to dull the acceleration / handling. Expect the possibility of slight rubbing.
Lastly consider the spare. I’m currently running 1 size up from stock, but I only have 4 wheels / tyres in that size … If I needed to use the stock size spare, it’d potentially cause issues longer term ( but would work enough to get you to a safe place )
