I have seen this on an advert for a 2014 reg, I have messaged the seller but wondered if anyone could tell what sort of adaption this was?

Could be one of several. There are broadly 3 types - the ones that keep the original side buttons, ones that replace the full width or ones that go in front like tablets.

I have something very similar if not the exact same. Works well but you lose factory Satnav and factory stereo as you have to run it through the AUX. There is bound to be a way round losing the radio just not looked into it yet. I cant stream music as I live too far up north where the phone signal is not that good
