Morning all,
I drive a 2021 SVAutobiography Dynamic, absolutely love this car. Best car i ever had (previous car was a 2018 rs6). But i have a little problem with the drivers seat massage function. Yesterday i was on a 9hours drive and 2 hours in i dicided to turn on the massage. It worked perfectly fine for a few moments and suddenly it stopped with a few airpockets stuck on. How do i make them go away? Is this a common issue and is there an easy fix?

Did they tell you what caused this problem? Annoying thing is that i’m in another country and 10 hours away from home. I already managed to make the inflated airpocket to deflate, but two other pockets are now stuck inflated. After i turn the car off and back on it will work for about 5 seconds only to stop with some other pockets stuck inflated. Is there anything i can try myself to make them deflate. I won’t use the massage anymore on this trip.

They just told me there was a fault. I had the same issues with the 5-second and air pockets. I had a year without the massage seat. It was during covid and the part was available for a long time.
