Any competent garage could help your issue, nothing special about a PAS leak, best asking around locally...

Also, make sure it's Cold Climate Power Steering Fluid that you put in it and not ATF |

I can't help with the Macon contact unfortunately, but I had a similar experience of being stranded recently - drove all the way to the Alps and then just 20 miles from our destination, the car's display showed "gearbox fault" and the car stopped. 1am and we were in the middle of nowhere.
