2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Causeway Grey
[Wanted] L322 rear high level brake light strip

Am on the lookout for a fully functioning Range Rover L322 High Level (rear) 3rd Brake Light for my 2012 Westminster TDV8. Have had a glance on the Gentleman's salvage gaff and they're out of stock of my variant type. Bloody came up as an advisory on my MOT last week - as one of the bottom strips doesn't appear to be working. If it loses fifty percent red lights on it fails... My initial thoughts were: what's the matter with the bloody normal great big honking main brake lights lower down, where most brake light are?!? Bloody globalists!!! Laughing
The salvage (scrap yard) fully operating parts were around £35.00...

Do the Aliexpress lights have the correct wiring connector?

Thanks for these info wisdom's chaps...
Must admit the stop/start button I got from the commies Laughing a few years aback now did not work full stop! Got my full wedge back though, which was surprising. Maybe as I suggested to them that I would send the dud to Land Rover UK for full analysis?!? Paid back quick and asked me to throw away naughty bad unit please sir!
Thumbs Up

Just noticed the Aliexpress brake light had some low down note: Please allow 1-3mm error due to manual measurement.
?!?
Are they suggesting their unit may be up to 3mm too big or too small?!?

Does fitting a smoked unit detract from the other red reflectors/lights etc? Does smokey look out of wack with other standard kit?

Neutral

I personally think the smoked light would look out of place.

Duckworths seemed only to have two items in total of all lighting available...

BRIMFULL: I personally think the smoked light would look out of place.

ME: I was thinking along just those lines myself. Any future purchaser would be thinking: Dodgy, dodgy... You know, dodgy!

For the sake of £11 I ordered one of the aliexpress brake lights which arrived today. Looks to be a perfect match apart from the electrical connector being completely different 🙄
