Yes it’s having a 4 wheel alignment as part of the repair, I enquired and they confirmed they would.

I had an x5 whilst mine was being repaired and like you its an ok car but even compared to my 2007 supercharged it doesn't cut it. Hope the repair works out well - interestingly when I got the renewal it went up by 80 quid apparently you are more likely to have another accident if some idiot runs into you - how does that work |

Yes the insurance is the annoying part, I’m dreading the renewal quote as it’s already being loaded because of the type of vehicle it is, then you get penalised for something thats not you fault. |

The other bloke hopefully had insurance, which then means that it's the insurance companies that pick up the costs, and then they just pass that onto all of us again. Insurance companies will never be out of pocket. |

Yip, learned the hard way that insurance companies never lose out. I had a “protected no claims bonus” some years ago. Had to make a claim and found that, yes, I kept my protected NCB but my policy price had almost tripled Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
