rear screen navigation not supported

anyone with 11.4 rear screens does navigation show.
the home screen left 50% is navigation but will not select says not supported.

does yours work?



dealer says no software to run but seems odd screen shows nav at all if not available.

can coonect with phone through hdmi ok. as a note my rear hdmi ports are reversed..hohum it is better to have and not need then need and not have

No help I’m afraid but I didn’t spec RSE on my SV. Was thoroughly disappointed with the RSE on my First Edition - they’re essentially pointless and for the price I’d expect much much better.

resolved

After a quick test a resolve was achieved, the screen activates when a route is set.

it however does not show a map, only the road you are on , time to destination, distance remaining and a complete journey bar. A bit underwhelming.
The online manual should explain this and dealers really should know.
