Subframe bushings

Hi all.
Im from ireland and own a 2006 range rover sport se.
Im looking for some help and information on replacing subframe bushings as my mechanic told me its a huge job and wont do it.
Told me the whole body has to come off in order for them to be replaced.
So im trying to source someone else to take this on but i need knowledge before i approach anyone.
All information greatly appreciated.

It is a body off job, same for Disco 3 and 4. You need a mechanic who knows what they’re doing and has a suitable hoist.

As Weegie recommends try the Sport forum or Discohttps://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/
